What Is The Best Way To Build Muscle – Quick And Easy

There are so many different ways you can help your body build muscle.

In order for your body to build muscle, you must break down your muscles and give them the proper nutrients to be built back up, bigger and stronger.

Knowing just how to break them down and knowing what to give them will greatly help you understand the best way to build muscle.

How To Break Muscles Down, To Build Them Back Up Stronger

So I said there are many ways you can break your muscles down, there are actually a huge number of ways to do this. The best way to break down muscle is by working out, exercising.

Muscle Structure

I said there are a number of ways and there are. There are so many different ways to exercise to break down your muscles. All you need to do is exercise different muscles and give them what they need to recover.

When you workout hard enough that you feel sore the next day, that means you broke your muscles down and this is the first step to building them back up and even stronger than before.

Once you break your muscles, you need to give them the right amount of nutrients, mostly protein. A whey protein supplement will work just fine. But there are many other workout supplements that will help you recover and build muscle faster.

Workout Supplements That Help You Build Muscle

When you decide that the traditional way of eating right, working out hard and going through the sore stage just doesn’t get the results you want as quickly as you want them, then you are going to want to consider using a workout supplement.

There are a few different types of workout supplements and you need to know which ones to use and when. The main workout supplements you should worry about when trying to build muscle are:

  • Pre Workout Supplements
  • Post Workout Supplements

These are the two main workout supplements you should concern yourself with. There are others for weight loss but we are focusing on building muscle.

What Does A Pre Workout Supplement Do?

A pre workout supplement is a drink you take before your workout. It is intended to boost your focus, improve your strength and give you extra energy. You receive all of this due to the main ingredients.

Nitric Oxide is an amazing ingredient that helps with boosting focus and workout intensity.

Nitric oxide is responsible for opening up your blood vessels and allowing more blood to your muscles. More blood means more oxygen, muscles need oxygen to work hard and break down to be built back up stronger.

Creatine Monohydrate is the ingredient that helps boost your strength.

Creatine monohydrate is an ingredient that helps boost your ATP levels. ATP is a form of adrenaline that helps your body push itself past its limits, allowing for more muscle break down that will result in them being built back up even stronger.

BCAA’s (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are the ingredients that help your body recover after workouts.

BCAA’s are the ingredients that help your body synthesize proteins. Synthesizing proteins is an important part in helping your muscles recover after being broken down. BCAA’s help your body do this process much more efficient.

Caffeine is the ingredient that helps with the boost in energy.

Caffeine has been used for centuries to help people acquire more energy when they need it. Right before a workout is a great time for a boost in energy. Caffeine is also a great ingredient for weight loss.

These 4 ingredients can be found in many pre workout supplements, but my favorite pre workout supplement with all these ingredients is C4 made by Cellucor.

What Does A Post Workout Supplement Do?

A post workout supplement is a drink you take after your workout to help your muscles build back up quicker and stronger. You will find your muscles become much less sore the next day and you will be ready to get back to your next workout. A great post workout will give you all these results if it has any of the following:

Protein is the number one nutrient you need to give your body after a workout.

Protein can be taken a couple different ways. You can eat it in high protein foods like red meats, fish or chicken, or you can take a protein supplement like whey protein. Either way will help you take in more protein to give to your muscles.

Creatine Monohydrate is a great ingredient for helping muscles recover and grow stronger.

Creatine monohydrate is great for a pre workout supplement but the recovery effects are much better. Creatine is my favorite kind of pre workout supplement that leaves me feeling great the next day, I gained 5 inches on my biceps with Six Star Creatine.

BCAA’s are also in pre workout supplements but can help significantly more in post workout supplements.

BCAA’s help your body synthesize proteins to help your muscles build themselves up much more efficiently. BCAA’s work great in combination with a protein supplement.

Carbohydrates are an easy nutrient to take in after a workout.

Carbs are the quickest way to give your body energy, if your body is sore, it will need much more energy than normal to repair itself. Carbs can be found in numerous foods or candy bars. Potatoes and breads are a great way to take in a lot of carbs to help your body heal quicker.

The more of these ingredients you find in a post workout supplement, the better. I have taken just creatine and just protein and they work, but not as well as combining them together. My favorite post workout supplement is Power Build by Jacked Factory.

Conclusion

Building muscle does not have to be the most difficult thing in the world but it can be if you do not use the proper supplements. Workout supplements are not a miracle, they are just a great help. You still have to put in many hours of hard work to gain huge muscles but you can see results much quicker if you use workout supplements.
