Building muscle takes quite of bit of time and determination. You must be able to workout with a daily routine and break your muscles down, so they can recover and become larger.
Workout supplements are a great way to reduce the time it takes to show results and get you to the point you want to get.
You may be able to get large muscles but definition is important too.

You Must Stick To A Routine
If you have tried to build muscle before and failed, you probably didn’t stick to your workout routine very well.
If you are going to set a routine, you must be able to follow it until you see the results you are looking for. If you give up before any results are showing, you will be discouraged and most likely give up.
Never Give Up!
Even if you can’t stick to the muscle group you wanted to workout on a certain day, still go to the gym, or the track, or where ever you workout. Still go there, that is what is going to motivate you to finish your workout for the day.
Any day that I am not feeling the gym, I force myself to just go anyways. I know I will end up doing something, and something is always better than doing nothing.
If you don’t feel like working out, do it anyways! I promise you that every time you force yourself to workout, it will become easier and you will be more excited to get to it.
